VIRTUAL DOORMAN ON CALL
LET US TAKE THE CALL SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO
ON CALL BASIC: $30/MONTH
Remote Doorman will provide standard after-hours call answering and message taking services for up to 30 minutes of calls per month. Additional minutes will be billed at $1.25/minute. When you’re not around your property to take calls, we’ll be there to help.
ASSISTANT BUILDING MANAGER: $70/MONTH*
If your needs require us to take specific action on your behalf, our assistant building manager services will provide fully-customized assistance for your building.
Remote Doorman will specifically train our doorman operators to act on your behalf as your assistant manager providing after-hours service to your property according to your exact requirements.
Includes basic call answering and message taking service for up to 30 minute of calls and up to 40 minutes of action/response as needed per month. Additional minutes will be billed at $1.25 per minute for the first 30 minutes and $45 per hour thereafter.
When you select virtual doorman’s new “observer” service we will provide oversight and supervision of your authorized repair and service personnel when dispatched for after-hours service. Requires ABM service and the same rates per minute and hourly will apply.
