The centerpiece of Virtual Doorman’s unique technology is our patented Interactive Web Portal. This web-based information management system enables users to interact with their Virtual Doorman via the Internet to gain secure remote access and “self-manage” their preferences and instructions online at their convenience. This streamlines the communication between residents, building managers, and the operators at our command center. All correspondence and activity is recorded and documented in detailed logs, which can be accessed and reviewed in the event of a problem.
Virtual Doorman offers specific functionality for different users and even integrates everything into the industry’s only mobile app – Virtual Doorman On-the-Go™ and our new Welcome Station™. The Web Portal helps our Operators provide customized service tailored to each resident’s needs, whether the building has 6 units or 60 units.
