Choose from our gold plan for the ultimate in convenience and features, our silver plan for acceptance of deliveries and guests, or our bronze plan for buildings that only wish to receive deliveries.

Choose service only when you need it

The Virtual Doorman system can be configured to operate 24/7 or on a customized schedule to fit your building’s requirements. For buildings without a doorman, we can provide service only during the day shift. This way, deliveries can still be accepted, and costs remain at a minimum. We also offer Virtual Doorman service to work in conjunction with a traditional doorman, either to provide supplemental doorman support during overnight and weekend shifts or to become the “Doorman’s Doorman” broadening his role by augmenting his capabilities. In live Doorman Buildings, Virtual Doorman becomes the “Doorman’s Doorman” – technologically empowering the Door Staff with innovative features like Audio/Video Analytics, Interactive Web Portal, On-the-go Mobile App and accepting special resident requests to send text messages or emails when dog walkers, housekeepers, babysitters arrive and leave, as well as offering new Red Hat Services to residents. The day is soon approaching when Virtual Doorman – whether independently or as the “Doorman’s Doorman”– will be regarded as standard equipment and a necessary technology for every luxury building on the leading edge of resident service and security.
